Elbow, Wrist and Hand Injuries

Elbow, Wrist and Hand Injuries

Injuries to the elbow, wrist and hand are incredibly common and can be quite debilitating because of how much we use our hands and arms for everyday activities. Having an injury to our wrist, hand or elbow can definitely be very frustrating. Injuries to the elbow, wrist and hand are frequently caused by falls, whether it’s an elderly person tripping and falling and suffering a Colles’ Fracture or whether it’s a young athlete falling awkwardly on the sports field or court.

Injuries to the elbow, wrist, and hand can happen to anyone. Our therapists at COAST Physical Therapy are specifically trained to treat your hand, wrist, or elbow injury. They will do a full evaluation to find the root of the cause and get you back to living your life without pain and frustration.
