Hip Pain

Hip Pain

The hips are among the most weight-bearing joints in the body. As such, it is important to keep the joints strong and flexible to prevent injury. Hip pain can be caused by not only an injury to the hip but also by injuries to the ankle, knee, and back. The most common causes of hip pain are arthritis, muscle imbalances, muscle strains, and tendinopathies. A proper physical therapy evaluation can determine where the pain is coming from and what needs to be done in order to get you back to enjoying your daily life pain-free.
